PhD Course in ICT4D
Örebro University will hold a PhD course in ICT4D
with special focus on eGovernment for development. Main teacher is Rahul Dé from Indian Institute of
Management, Bangalore India (http://www.iimb.ernet.in/iimb/html/m-frames.jsp?ilink=111&pname=faculty.jsp&areaid=8).
The course comprise
of a list of literature to read, a seminar week (at Örebro University
3-7 Mars) and an individual assignment in the form of a PM/paper. The course
gives 7,5 HP according to the ECTS-scale. The course is in English.
